Defined by Maurizio Valli as ruffiano and piaffione, as the flavours in this coffee are very reminiscent of conventional roast coffees that denote prevailing aromatic sensations of cocoa, hazelnut, almond and very sugar brown, without exaggerating in terms of taste in excessive bitterness. The added value and the reason why this coffee is a winner is dictated by two factors: the first is that we are talking about a 100% Arabica and not a blend with robusta; the second aspect is that it is a single origin and not a blend of several origins of different origins, which allows the barista to have more consistency in the extraction and repeatability. The value of this coffee emerges even more when associated with milk, the death of it: photonic. At the tactile sensation level it denotes great body, a fundamental aspect to take into consideration for the end consumer who on average prefers to have in a cup of espresso.
