Why you might like it Unlike INDIA, this coffee is more elegant, slightly cleaner on the finish and has less bitterness on the palate. Definitely a coffee more difficult to perceive for the final consumer as it also denotes a higher presence of acidity than INDIA. In terms of tactile sensation we are still with a medium/high body. This coffee has an excellent balance in terms of taste, with an initial acidity reminiscent of red fruit, then evolving into sweetness and a slightly bitter desirable and pleasant cocoa finish. Definitely associated with milk, it is a different sensory experience from the usual, where the acidulous note is also perceived in this drink.
